Here is the first video. I know I need a microphone. Also, need to work on those verbal skills. Did I say "ummm..." enough times. I did video because I will want to keep things visual with screen casts, art demos and interviews. Also, I am looking forward to doing some editing.
Then, when I got home, I decided to finally start my own podcast / web show. I have never done video (at all) before, so I wanted to just keep it simple. Also, my girlfriend said she would do some episodes with me because I am a quiet guy, but my girlfriend makes me talk. Overall this is great motivation for me to try new things and work on improving my personal brand.

I was just surfing around and found your blog and new podcast. I just want to say, I'm proud of you, Alex. Not that you had any doubts, but you have an audience. Keep up the great work! you inspire me to do more...
Alex, what software are you thinking on using for your screen casts?
@Robert - Snaps Pro for Mac is what I am going to try using. Just need to pick up a good mic and then it's on.
Great to see you starting a podcast/video podcast! If you bring your video camera to SXSW, I'd love to be your first guest. :-)
